No More Mandatory College House Phones

Penn STS (stands for Student Telephone Services, or Yet Another Department We Didn't Know Had Their Own Website) just pulled a straight-up awesome move. For the 2010-2011 academic year, College House residents will have the option to purchase the in-dorm land line service, rather than be forced to shell out $30 a semester.
In true form, the UA has sort of tried to take some credit for it, but we're not sure what straw actually broke the telephone's back. What will you do with your new savings?
