The NEC released this video to scare everyone into remembering just how important it is to get out and vote this week. In case you were unaware, we dropped to number 5 and GoodCrush shut down. Both events have rocked the entire Penn community to its core. So vote! This banned-in-Germany video (sorry, Oktoberfest-ers) will be a total waste if you don't.
