This sketchy-as-hell sign recently appeared on 40th and Spruce outside of Penn's go-to spot for entertainment since 1977. You know, University Pinball? DUH. Undoubtedly, this sign will bring in more customers, although they may be less of the "family-friendly" type and more of the "hey-kid-get-in-the-back-of-my-van" type.
