Gunshots Fired Around 41st

Shots were fired around 41st and Spruce. One witness saw a man run down Spruce and get tackled by the police, who subsequently was handcuffed. We can't really tell what's going on in this photo from the scene but it looks as if it's related to the situation. Please be careful walking home tonight, and stay tuned to us.
