Philadelphia summer can finally begin: today marks the triumphant return of Center City Sips! Every Wednesday through August 31, 83 bars will be offering $4 cocktails, $3 wines, $2 beers, and half-priced appetizers from 5-7 P.M., and some will offer 15% discounts for diners staying past 7 P.M. In celebration of the Center City District's 20th birthday (happy birthday! -- wait, huh?), a different bar every Wednesday will be giving away prizes (find out which ones by following the Center City Sips Twitter). Discounted booze! Free stuff! Things just keep getting better.
