We Put The "Penn" In Pennies

This week, The Washington Post placed Penn as number 11 on the rankings of the top 12 college financial aid packages (lucky they didn't stop at 10!), citing our no-loan policy as the main factor in earning us a spot on the list.
Honestly, this comes as no surprise to anyone who's ever read Amy Gutmann's semi-annual "why Penn fundraising rocks" email, but, let's face it, her lengthy prose comes with no pictures or tagged links, so this is basically news to everyone.
