Didja check your inbox? Looks like the holidays came a bit late this year because the UA has announced a new deal with Victory Cab Company– $9 for a ride anywhere within a 3-mile radius of Penn's campus! The full range of the deal runs from 8th to 55th and from Morris to Cecil B. Moore, which covers a good deal of Philly.

To use the deal, call (215) 225-5000 or visit Victory's website to arrange a ride and present your PennCard to the driver. Check out the full email after the jump.

Penn has contracted with Victory Cab to provide flat rate ($9) Town Car service within a 3-mile radius of Penn’s campus. The territory covered is bounded is from 55th Street to 8th Street and from Cecil B. Moore Ave to Morris Street.

The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to anyone with a valid PennCard.

To use: Riders can call for service by telephone at 215-225-5000 or online at www.victorycabco.com/reservations and identify themselves as affiliates of Penn in order to receive the contracted service and rates.

Business Services, the Division of Public Safety, and the Student Health Service collaborated to bring this new service to you. The purpose of this initiative is to provide supplementary transportation services to Penn students in specific situations/locations where the University’s regular Transit Services are either not in service or are not an appropriate form of transportation – such as for individuals with non-emergency medical conditions who needed to visit a medical facility or who need transportation outside the boundaries or operating hours of Penn Transit.

Thanks, UA! You're the tits.
