Schmear It, Schmear It Good

A much-deserved mazel tov to Penn grad David Fine and his new food truck, Schmear It! UTB proudly presents Philly's first (and only) bagel truck, set to open mid-August at Love Park and 33rd and Arch.
Schmear It will serve fresh South St. Philly bagels, La Colombe coffee, and its own signature creations, like the Stuffed French Toast Bagel (cc, strawberries, bananas, maple syrup, and walnuts on a French toast bagel). Yes, this is real life. Schmear It even lets you create your own "dream schmear" by providing an endless smörgåsbord of spreads, bagels, and add-ons. But wait, it gets better.
The truck's slogan "Spread some good!" refers to the truck's philanthropic side. Each week a portion of Schmear It's sales will be donated to a different local non-profit so every customer can spread that brotherly looove. Carbs for a cause!
