A brand-new mobile app designed by Penn students who just couldn't get over the pain (and price: $15) of carrying around their PennEats cards offers savings for users at local eateries.
"Treat" is open to students only (sorry, hungry profs) for $4.99 and pays for itself, according to the founders, within one week of use. As an added bonus, some venues like Rumor and Soundgarden, are offering a free drink to users! So before you settle for a dining dollar-induced stomachache, head on over to iPhone or Android app stores, and begin salivating.
