UA Isn't Offering Shuttles To The Airport This Winter (And No One Cares)

Heartbreaking news out of Washington this morning: the Undergraduate Assembly, for the first time since Penn was founded in 1740 (don't fact-check that), will be unable to offer shuttles to the airport this winter on grounds of "cost and logistical problems.

Taking a shuttle to the airport was a cherished Penn tradition; paying the mere price of a Chipotle burrito to ride in a University of Pennsylvan-i-ah chariot and let everyone on freeway know what's up – it's a tradition that the UA has recklessly wiped away. Incidentally, Lady LibertySEPTA, Uber, cabs, and teleportation accomplish the same thing.

The nonessential service will be missed. ?_?
