Pre-heat your oven to 350° F (or approximately 176.667° C for our international homies) and generously season the Chuck with 1 teaspoon of salt and a 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, because it's time for a good, old-fashioned roast.
Usually, first comments are lame. They consist of phrases along the lines of "First!" and "OMG you look SO pretty (insert an inordinate amount of emojis here)!!!" This, on the other hand, is some next-level fire directed at Penn Admissions and UTB aficionado Dean Furda. To be perfectly honest, this kind of stuff makes our jobs here at UTB a lot easier. Maybe @farahjayousi should come work for us in the fall!
