For those who haven’t heard: there’s a virus going around, and it’s looking pretty bad. The Novel Coronavirus, or COVID-19, has infected hundreds of thousands of people, killing many. Since its discovery, scientists have been searching unsuccessfully for a cure.

That is, until now.

Dr. Jenny Thomas, a member of the Penn Positive Psychology Center, published a technique on Friday for curing the coronavirus using specific breathing patterns and visualizations.

“At the core of my Coronavirus Meditation Regimen is breathing. If you have COVID-19 and have symptoms like a cough and difficulty breathing, start out by closing your eyes, and then simply breathe better and stop coughing,” Thomas said.

“After you have the breathing down, try to vividly imagine your white blood cells going sicko mode on those virus cells,” Thomas said. “Then repeat a mantra like ‘Coronavirus begone! I hereby banish you from the kingdom of my body.’”

Experts have estimated this cure will save at least 100,000 lives worldwide.
