After playing some League of Legends and World of Warcraft the Friday before spring break, I decided it was time to get a head start on my homework. I lost track of time as I was doing it, but that's not unusual. While I was doing computer science homework, my roommate walked in and said something about “move out.” I was wired into my homework, so I didn’t really pay attention to him. He was probably just talking to his Counter-Strike team. I haven't seen him since. He’s one wild partier, I have to say.

I finished my computer science and computer engineering homework and walked out of my dorm room to ask one of my hallmates to compare solutions. I knocked and knocked, but he didn't answer. I texted him, and then looked up from my phone, and peered down the hallway. There were empty boxes — empty boxes everywhere. Someone really went to town on Amazon Prime, I thought.

No one was in the hall lounge either. They must all be at a football game. They must be. So I walked back into my room to play more League — and I haven't left since.
