Where’s Kendall Jenner's Pepsi When We Need It?

I can’t believe it’s already been three years since Kendall Jenner bridged the divide between police and protesters, bringing peace to our lands. That Pepsi ad single-handedly took down racism and healed the wounds of our nation. Who would have thought that out of all the methods that have been tried to get the attention of officials and calls to reform the police, all it would take is a single can of cold, sugary goodness?

I still remember that commercial so clearly in my memory. Protesters. Police. Angry signs. Guards ready. Suddenly, there she is, the one and only. That simple act of handing over a can of Pepsi was so brave and so inspiring. Oh man, I can just hear that satisfying sound of that can being opened and the crisp bubbling liquid harmony. All was good in the world thanks to Kendall and her soda.

And now, we once again need that great mediator to bring about change and take a stand for our country’s principles of equality and justice. Yet when the world needed her most, she vanished, taking her Pepsi with her. She’s out there somewhere. Maybe she’s clutching onto her last can of magical Pepsi, waiting for the right moment to unleash its power. I trust that she will do the right thing and that she knows what she’s doing. It’s Kendall Jenner after all. I just hope she does it soon. We are counting on you, Kendall.
