Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes. It's that time of the year again. The glorious time when Penn students snicker at passersby and point at those shouted out. So count the penis jokes, the peeing puns and the creepy professor come–ons. It's SHOUTOUT time. Looking for just the Shoutouts? You'll have to wait until later to read them online, or just pick up the magazine instead.
Hoorah! The world is flung! But we at Street still have some weekly words we'd like to share with you. Like how to win FLINGO (like BINGO, duhhhh!).
The time has come to release the winners (and obvious losers) of Street's annual Best of Penn! Some were obvious, some were sneaky deaky winners but our gold medalists are certainly deserving.

Our Ego of the Week, Siobhan Carey (it's pronounced SHA–VON), gives a lesson in Irish step dancing. And to top it off, there's even a recipe on how to make some intoxicating Guinness chocolate cupcakes.

We loved last year's fiction issue so much, we came back for seconds. This year's winner features a jaded investment banker in New York (Whartonites, you listening?) in the midst of a semi–breakdown. We're intrigued.
We're baaaaaacckkkk!! But not in a creepy way — more like in a "Ha! we fooled you and printed not one, but TWO issues this week! So suck it." Yeah. That kind of way. But don't worry, we've got plenty in store for you in case you missed yesterday's drool–inducing Dining Guide.

After a long, depressing break, Street is finally back with a whole new staff and slew of arts and culture. Mhm girl, it's been a big week.
