As you know, we love Beige Block. So we were delighted to see the sudden addition of bright yellow umbrellas on the west side of 41st Street between Walnut and Locust.
Had a new eatery arrived in our beloved 'hood? A restaurant with a spring-appropriate outdoor dining option? Further investigation proved otherwise... for now.
