The Daily Pennsylvanian reports that police are investigating gun shots fired around 2 a.m. near 40th and Walnut. A spokeswoman for Penn's Division of Public Safety said Philadelphia police have now identified a suspect via closed circuit television and are holding the suspect in custody.
