Nice Man In Overalls + Cheese = Organic Houston

There's free local/organic/funky/fresh cheese, milk, and butter in Houston Hall today to promote Bon Apetit's never-ending sustainability quest. The dairy is pretty tasty, but the real star of the show is the super-nice farmer guy that comes with. Hey baby, you can till our field any time.

Update: According to food critic sources (read: the kid next to me in class), the salads at Houston were organic-ized today as well. Unfortunately, according to him (and the guy two seats down who chimed in), they sucked.
