Another Car Turns Onto Locust By Hillel, Fails

It seems that another car has driven onto Locust and 39th in front of Hillel. May we remind everyone that this is not allowed? You can't do that. You just cannot drive your car onto Locust, or you will get pulled over by the cops. At least this guy didn't flip over. Seriously, people!
