In a sad turn of events for Spruce dwelling crack caffeine addicts, it appears that coffee shop Cream & Sugar has closed down (quite contrary to the "We'll Be Returning In November!" assurance on their website). The prime real estate on 40th and Spruce is available for any business looking to cozy up between Nara and University Pinball as a nice intermediary between sake and Skee-Ball, meaning it's gotta be something classy.
