The leaves are changing and food carts are getting extreme makeovers. This little guy across from the Quad has got his menu plastered ALL over (front/sides/bottom) his cart. According to the menu, they don't just serve food, they serve works of art!
We know Philly's got a rich artistic heritage, but colorful veggies aren't enough to make shitty food cart meals "Works of Art"
