Dress Your Best To Impress The Best-Dressed

abroad

It’s a new year and that means a new you, or at the very least new classes.  If you’re at all like us, you’ve put spanking new batteries in your calculator and laid out your luckiest underwear.  But what else to wear?  We’ve got you covered depending on what you’re trying to accomplish this semester.

For the Students Preparing for OCR It isn’t just the first day of classes, but the first day of the rest of your life, and every day’s an opportunity.  As such, nothing less than dapper will do.  Don your freshly pressed business casual and have a few extra copies of the syllabus on hand.

For the Former Study Abroads New to US Soil                                                            You had the most amazing time abroad and you don’t want anyone not to know about it.  Your lederhosen might still be recovering from Oktoberfest, but you can at least fish your Sensation wristband out of your scrapbook for the occasion. If you aren’t asked a million questions by your peers, schedule a lunch date with a newly-formed abroad BFF to bemoan the shortcomings of an American education.

For the Sororities Looking for New Sisters It seems like only yesterday when you first met your big, and yet it’s already time again to find a whole new crop of underclassmen to call your own.  The circumstance only leaves you one choice: LETTERS!  It can be mind-numbingly difficult, but try to pick your favorite event and wear the matching shirt.  Don’t forget your lavalier!

For the Students Who Aren’t Strangers to the Blackboard Roster You may not know the name of your professor or the room number, but thanks to the class roster and endless amounts of time over break, you know exactly who’s in your classes. If you’re trying to impress a certain someone, why not go for something that looks both polished and effortless?  We hear blush is in.  Try not to!
