Betches, rejoice (part 2)! Beefsteak, basically the Chipotle of just vegetables, is coming to Penn. With dishes such as the "Frida Kale" vegetable bowl and the "Beefsteak Burger" (literally just a tomato on a bun, lol), the DC chain is sure to win the hearts of calorie-conscious Quakers.
Honestly, though, what about people who occasionally like to eat stuff other than JUST VEGETABLES? With the addition of Honeygrow and Beefsteak to Sweetgreen and HipCity Veg, students who sometimes like to consume more than 355 calories at a time might be left feeling bruised. On the bright side, at least Beefsteak has these half-adorable, half-terrifying vegetable mascots. And hey, there's always Wawa.
