Thanks to a quick-snapping tipster, we have visual evidence of a Houston chef using Franz to cook in the pasta bar. Why? We have no idea. And yet somehow, it doesn't seem that surprising a move from the Penn dining squad. In all honesty, we just hope this dude's not using sunset blush.
