Red Giants and Fat Panther at Smoke's Who: Red Giants and Fat Panther When and where: Tonight, 10:30; Smoke's Why: Well, it certainly is an excuse to start Fling on a Monday. Not that you need one.

SIR Professor Chat with David Eisenhower Who: Sigma Iota Rho When and where: Wednesday, 6 p.m.; Cherpack Lounge (Williams Hall 5th Floor) Why: It's SIR's (the National Honor Society for International Studies) last event of the year, featuring Professor Eisenhower of Annenberg. He'll speak on the Eisenhower presidency, which he probably knows a lot about. Probably.

ICA Free For All Who: Institute of Contemporary Art When and where: Wednesday, 6:30-8:30; ICA (36th and Sansom) Why: The ICA's Wednesday Free For All will feature a conversation about the new Stefan Sagmeister exhibition, music by Brown Recluse, free shirts for screenprinting, Federal Donuts and beer! And art.

EARTHLINGS Screening Who: The Rotunda When and where: Sunday, 2 p.m.; The Rotunda (4oth and Walnut) Why: Well, not only is this screening about man's use of animals "the most important and powerful documentary ever made," but you get paid $5 to see it! And there will be free pizza too– perfect for that post-Fling whole body ache.
