Twhat's up, tweeple!? We know hip internet folk love when we use e-lingo, especially when we're talking about e-trendz. And nothing says e-trend like Twitter sensation Follow Friday!

For those of you who are so two thousand and late, #FF is when users suggest people to follow on Twitter for a variety of reasons (generally, attractiveness and/or the ability to link to pictures of cute animals). UTB would love to share with you our favorite Penn, Philly, or Penn-in-Philly accounts. We think you should get @ them (and us) after the jump!

Penn Life:

@penncurrent: A relatively under-utilized source for quirky little stories about things happening at Penn that may not make headlines... aka where we get all our stories on archeological digs and parks.

@mylifeiswharton: Occasionally actually funny, they have the Huntsman-at-3am shift on lock.

@kellywritershse: It's the best parts of the hyperactive listserv with none of the emails.

@PennMuseum: Lots of cool events-- and where else will you see a museum tweet about a happy hour?

@duelingtampons: We really only follow this to remind ourselves that #hashtag abuse is still a rampant problem in America.

@penncareerserv: Jobs, stories about jobs, way to get jobs, you know. The usual.

@pennpsychexp: We hate to give away our best-kept secret, but this account posts as soon as new psych experiments open up (you know, the chiller version of Wharton Behavioral Labs). We suggest mobile alerts.

@ICAPhiladelphia: Art art art art art art everrryyboooodyyyy!

@SDT_UPenn, @trideltaupenn: How cute, some Penn sororities have Twitters. Just think of the tweets! Mixers and pillow fights and tote bags, oh my!

@clairejkupenn, @HelenCheung: Fine words of wisdom.

General Philly:

@Phillyfunguide, @Phillyist, @uwishunu: Philly news, happenings, free shit, drinking, etc, in the event you can haul your ass out the Penn bubble.

@SEPTA: If SEPTA could talk we don't think it would simply announce schedule changes, but whatever.

@phillyzoo: They just tweeted about the birth of a baby giraffe. BABY. GIRAFFE. IT'S A BABY GIRAFFE.

Food:

@GrubStreetPHL, @foobooz: Restaurants all over Philly, deals, openings, and general yum yum for your tum tum.

@fooderybeer: BEER!

@dpdoughphilly: A restaurant that actually utilizes its online potential? They offer Twitter-exclusive deals, take surveys for new menu items, and really communicate with customers.

@coupdetaco: The food truck also advertises deals and Twitter-only specials, as well as location changes.
