DPS Issues Advisory About String of Local Assaults (UPDATED) -- Please stay safe, Penn, and don't walk around alone after dark. The DP and West Philly Local have details about at least four women in the area being sexually and physically assaulted.
UPDATE: The DP reports that Penn Police have captured a suspect.
