Amy & Skulls Switch Houses: Frat To Recolonize In Presidential Mansion

[Disclaimer: This post was part of our annual Joke Day series. As if we would ever use this font seriously.]

A-Gut's house – that mysterious fortress at 3812 Walnut Street – is becoming a chapter house! While it's hard for us to imagine Amy G's barely-lived-in pristine marble abode transforming into a beer-stained man cave, we know it won't take the brothers of Phi Kappa Sigma much time to turn it into a den of debauchery.

Yes, Skulls is back. The frat, which upperclassmen will recall was kicked off campus waaaay back in 2012 (you were starting your junior year of high school, frosh), is recolonizing its Alpha chapter in the fall of 2015. The twist: OFSA is mandating they occupy a university-owned building, and unlike other fraternities' headquarters, Skulls nationals owns that glorious, centrally-located house at 3539 Locust Walk.

So Madame President's mansion is going Greek...and Amy herself will reside in the former Skulls chouse, which has been empty since the drama over two years ago. Technically, Penn will rent the space from Phi Kappa Sigma, but the university hopes to negotiate a purchase within the next year to make it the permanent presidential residence. The move isn't unprecedented, as the 3812 Walnut manor has only been the Chez Prez since the early '80s. But with her new house's location, just think how much more often Amy will be spotted on Locust! And at the LOVE statue! And at the Button!

More Amy spottings and the opportunity to see her current house's enigmatic upstairs during frat parties? We approve of this switcheroo.
