Schmear It Attempts To Make Matzah Edible

Kyla Balkan Wednesday, April 8, 2015Wed, Apr 8, 2015

Penn food truck staple Schmear It is known for its custom bagel creations and for supporting local non-profits. Now, they’re taking their mission of social good a step further: bringing Philly Jews a little closer to God by encouraging them to stay K4P (That’s kosher for Passover, for the goys).

New Yorkers are using this as a chance to renew an age-old tirade, claiming matzah is better than “the garbage Philadelphia calls bagels” anyway. All can agree that smothering this cardboard-like Passover staple in cream cheese is a definite improvement. We hope Schmear It will soon debut a new slogan: Don’t be a schmuck, get your tuches over here for a schmear on matzah nosh!
