Nestled in the nice part of Princeton suburbs, Amy G’s 1.7 million dollar 5 bed 4 bath is the fall getaway you want to get lost in. Everything about this house says I was the longest serving president in Penn history. Doesn’t seeing the ice on her pool cover just make you want to head inside with a cup of hot apple cider and forget about your pending ECON midterm grade?

Stahhhhp. A rust red freestanding fireplace? Someone get me a throw blanket and a slice of pumpkin pie.

Girl I looove an expresso machine and a breakfast nook. Lentils in decorative containers? Say less. Also that track lighting? So 90s.

This is everything a university president should have in a room: bleach washed beams, cream carpets, and built in curio cabinets that say, "I’m cultured, not appropriating culture riiiiight?"

The scale of this room just feels a little off. That being said, the natural light is to die for. Imagine watching the leaves change through those windows!

Sage green cabinets? Glass blocks? Plants in bathroom? Loooove. I can just imagine Amy G taking a bubble bath and going over budget reports with a glass of spiced wine.

Zillow

Oooo, a warm yet austere children’s room. This makes me want to put a jack-o'-lantern on my head and dance around Ichabod Crane and legend of Sleepy Hallow style

You know that the floor tile is gonna be cold as fuck on and October morning, not to mention that rattan rug is ouchy. I’d be wearing slippers even if it wasn’t fall

A light filled solarium! This is just the place you wanna be to watch the leaves change color from you cozy home.

In an exclusive interview with UTB, Amy G says she wishes the new homeowners in her Princeton house the best. But, uh, let’s just say thank god the appraiser didn’t see the black mold basement. "Unlike the Quad we're just selling it after finding out about the mold and moving out," she shrugged.

Stay tuned for our tour of Amy G’s German cottage!
