We (along with our cupcake-loving compatriots) have been begging the Cupcake Truck (aka Buttercream) to come to Penn for weeks. Our prayers have been answered, as Buttercream will be making an appearance at 34th and Walnut from 12:30 to 2:00 today. There is a limit of six per person, and each cupcake will run you $2.
