Recruiting season continues to get pushed earlier and earlier, and nobody is safe. Not even baby Quakers.

Jeffrey Sedin, a high school senior and prospective Quaker, has already begun recruiting for future internships in his Penn years. The school is seemingly a great fit for the pre-professional teenager.

And it doesn’t stop there. McKinsey & Company and Bain will both have information tents at Quaker Days, hoping to recruit prospective students for the summer of 2020.

“It’s very kind of both of these great companies to show up and demonstrate what makes Penn such a unique school. There’s nothing quite like a cutthroat culture of early employment that motivates you every day,” a Quaker Days coordinator told us.

When one of our UTB reporters asked a recruiter what they were looking for in a future intern, they emphasized perfecting 'Penn Face' and communicating a love for social impact.

We wish all of the prospective students the best of luck in this process, so long as they do not take away those job opportunities from us.
