Carlos Howard is only a freshman, but he’s already in three clubs, and all three of them use Slack. It goes without saying that Carlos is very important and constantly busy.

Though he is only enrolled in 2.5 credits, Carlos is overwhelmed by his classes. Wharton 101 pushes him to his absolute limits, forcing him to interact with those below him socially.

In his lecture for Economics 101, Carlos needs to be on Slack the entire time, so that he doesn’t miss anything.  For example, he could miss that the meeting time for one of his MUSE meetings has changed. If he noticed that five hours prior to the meeting rather than six, that would be a disaster.

Slack makes Carlos feel important, and that’s really all that matters. It may only serve that purpose, but that’s okay. Penn also only serves that purpose.
