Typically known for their once-yearly coffee houses and bi-annual 15% off clothing sales, campus favorite United By Blue is expanding into the ecotourism market, offering students the chance to use their spring break to frame photos of the great outdoors.

“We feel like our customers are already onboard with our message of ‘nature without the dirt,’ and so we felt that this would be another great way for consumers to feel like they might as well be contributing to a good cause” UBB spokesperson Mike Mattinelli said.

While students won’t be able to take the photos themselves, they will be able to select from what Mattinelli labels “dynamic options.” Choices include smiling, mud covered farmer, coffee beans in burlap sack, moose standing in a glade, mud covered hand holding oats, dirty farm children holding carafes of milk, and a scone. Framing options are said to be either black lacquer or matte black.

As of the publication of this post, all of the seats at UBB are filled.
