Penn’s preeminent fashion magazine has just become even swankier. The student-run publication previously known as The Walk has rebranded, taking on the very chic moniker The Strut.

Everyone knows that a strut is trendier than a walk, so it should come as no shock that the highly vaunted magazine has chosen this name. The real question is, what took them so long?

“We’ve wanted to rebrand for some time now,” said executive editor Hugh Jass (C '20). “We just couldn’t agree on a name for the longest time. We considered 'The Stroll,’ ‘The Amble,’ and ‘The Jaunt.’ None of them quite attained the level of panache we were looking for.”

Nothing else will change about the magazine.
