In its efforts to bolster its standup and comedy sections, Netflix has announced a partnership last Friday with Penn's all-male comedy group Mask and Wig. Before the COVID pandemic, Mask and Wig hosted its shows in its Quince Street clubhouse. This partnership with the mega streaming service will allow the comedy group to reach an even broader audience on an even more prestigious format.

You have to take eight classes this coming fall semester. You have to. You partied too much. You thought that dropping a class in the middle of a party, because you didn't want to study for the midterm, was funny. You thought that it was a party trick. It became your party trick. Now you have to take eight credits in a semester, and, frankly, you are too dumb to handle that. But maybe if the classes are easy you can pull straight B's. It's worth a shot!

This year, Penn saw a well-rounded, diverse regular admissions pool that hailed from all over the globe. However, the admissions committee agreed that the real stand out of this pool was my little sister, Main Line resident and an all-around pretty good student Elizabeth Joseph.

After an anonymous Facebook tip about the contents of the Bloomers Comedy show, Under the Button made a trip out to Iron Gate Theater to see exactly what it was all about and if Bloomers was anything like its cross-dressing counterpart The Mask and Wig Club. Sure enough, the show was full of women touting cropped wigs and oversized blazers, because that is what frat boys wear.

While, in many ways, apps streamline today's dating culture, they are not without their obstacles. A big problem dating app developers have had to work on is the match-to-meeting ratio. People tend to get a decent amount of matches, but then way fewer messages, and then an even lower number of dates.
